What is the RocheDuFault Foundation?
RDF is a partnership between Robert Roche and Rachel DuFault. A mutual parternship and calling to help others and to help the current state of education.
The RocheDuFault Foundation is an idea of wonder. An idea that came to Dr. Roche in 2014 while visiting Southborough L’Abri, part of the L'Abri Fellowship International, just outside Boston, MA. The RocheDuFault Foundation attempts to better address the problems of teaching today. RDF seeks teachers and learners from all fields who wish to truly improve their practice. Being a teacher is a higher calling and not for the weak of mind. Please do not reach out unless you are serious about learning and/or learning to teach. Learning and learning to teach requires commitment and practice. Dr. Roche can help.
The mission of the RocheDuFault Foundation is to help learners with the help they need. Through his expertise, Dr. Roche aims to provide actionable steps to improve learning outcomes and to improve one self. RDF aims to improve teaching practices and student learning outcomes with a hope that teachers understand that teaching is a higher calling and service to OTHERS. Teachers are called to teach. Students are called to learn. Simple.
As always, thank you for your support, commitment, and continued prayers.
In Christ,
Robert Roche, Ed.D. & Rachel DuFault, Esq.
